RTRS is excited to share the latest RTRS product updates and important announcements coming out this month.
📋 Observations Module Enhancements
New Status Field in Observation list view – The status field values will be created/managed by Administrators from the Settings menu. This will allow an entirely new way for companies to manage their observations.
Acceptance Tracking – track observations as Accepted or Rejected from the Observation Settings menu. When selected it will allow users to track whether issues have been accepted or rejected by the receiving party.
Advanced Filtering by Observation Date will be available in the view tab from the client website.
Training Module Enhancements
Assigned Trainings on Mobile – users will be able to see assigned counts and link directly to training from the mobile app.
Individual Training QR Codes – will be available for download from the user list for a specific group of employees.
User Management & Interface Updates
List Users Page – redesigned for improved usability.
External Assignee Page – refreshed with a clean new layout.
Claims Module (Coming Soon)
RTRS is currently contemplating the development of a new Claims Module. This module would allow companies to:
Upload loss runs directly into the platform using any excel or pdf format
Generate AI-powered claim summaries
Access interactive dashboard reporting for superior claims insights
