RTRS is excited to share the latest RTRS product updates and important announcements coming out this month.

📋 Observations Module Enhancements

• New Status Field in Observation list view – The status field values will be created/managed by Administrators from the Settings menu. This will allow an entirely new way for companies to manage their observations.

• Acceptance Tracking – track observations as Accepted or Rejected from the Observation Settings menu.  When selected it will allow users to track whether issues have been accepted or rejected by the receiving party.

• Advanced Filtering by Observation Date will be available in the view tab from the client website.

Training Module Enhancements

• Assigned Trainings on Mobile – users will be able to see assigned counts and link directly to training from the mobile app.

• Individual Training QR Codes – will be available for download from the user list for a specific group of employees.

User Management & Interface Updates

• List Users Page – redesigned for improved usability.
• External Assignee Page – refreshed with a clean new layout.

Claims Module (Coming Soon)

RTRS is currently contemplating the development of a new Claims Module. This module would allow companies to:

• Upload loss runs directly into the platform using any excel or pdf format
• Generate AI-powered claim summaries
• Access interactive dashboard reporting for superior claims insights
